Lucia and Michael.. your day was perfect in every way. While I was sitting at my desk over the last couple weeks finessing your images, I kept thinking of your wedding song, “You are the best thing.” I actually played it many times over and over again, because I really felt like from getting to know you both, it really captures who you are as couple; each other’s “best.”..the greatest gift to one another. I thought of the stories you shared with me when you were hours and hours apart from each other and you would make a long commute to see each other when Michael was in med school. Or Lucia, how when you said the first time you saw Michael’s smile and blue eyes you were smitten. Or how on the wedding day you both literally smiled the ENTIRE time before the wedding. It all just felt so right in every way. And as you danced your first dance to that beautiful song about being each other’s best.. we all could quite literally feel the words in the air and we celebrated with you that beautiful day. I still get chills thinking about it. Thank you, from my bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture this wonderful time in your life.
